ADMISSION TO "ARTICULADO NO 5º ANO DE ESCOLARIDADE"

SCHOOL YEAR 2024/2025

 WHAT IS "ENSINO ARTICULADO"?

CMSM has a protocol with regular education schools that provides students with the study of Music and Theater in a specialized artistic education school, funded by the Ministry of Education through the Sponsorship Contract. For Music, the CMSM has a protocol with Clara de Resende, Fontes Pereira de Melo and Manoel de Oliveira Schools; For Theatre, CMSM has a protocol with Fontes Pereira de Melo School. Students will be admitted to the class in order of classification in the selection test and according to the number of available places.

CMSM is a specialized artistic school that focuses on dynamic, multicultural and multidisciplinary teaching. See here the projects already developed.

SELECTION TEST (MANDATORY)
The selection test is mandatory for students who want to apply to “Ensino articulado para o 5º Ano”.
Enrolment through the online application form below.

There will be 2 calls for the Selection Test.

1^st CALL
Application deadline: 20^th of May, 2024
Registration fee: 10.00 euros *
Selection Music Test: 25^th of May, 2024 (morning)
Selection TheaterTest: 25^th of May, 2024 (morning)

2^nd CALL
Application deadline: 25^th of June, 2024
Registration fee: 15.00 euros *
Selection Music Test: 1^st of July, 2024 (morning).
Selection TheaterTest: 1^st of July, 2024 (morning)

The tests carried out in any of the calls have no influence on the admission result.

PREPARATION SESSION (optional)

In this session students will be able to:
- familiarize themselves with the type of exercises performed in the selection test;
- get to know the school and the environment where the tests will take place;
- make their first contact with music.
