Description
How to develop an artistic project to apply for funding? Preparing and designing a project is a great challenge, as a good idea is not enough, it is necessary to have knowledge in the various areas covered by an application, from the elaboration of objectives to the budget, communication and management plan, as well as defining the means of evaluating the project. This training aims to focus on the information that must be included in each of these sections that are common to artistic project applications, contributing to the preparation of a strong application, and addressing the concepts in a simple and accessible language.

Objectives
The course aims to prepare participants to:
- develop an artistic project
- understand all the areas that make up an application.

Course contents
Development of the project idea; project summary; project objectives; communication and dissemination plan; budget; project management; partnerships; project evaluation and results.

Target Audience
Primary teachers; secondary teachers of all fields of arts, artists.

Trainer
Luísa Caiano has a master's degree in piano and a postgraduate degree in Creative Industry Management. Since 2009 she has been pedagogical director, project manager and teacher at Curso de Música Silva Monteiro, a private music school in Porto. In this institution, she has developed several applications and management of international projects from various funding funds, with great success, being also responsible for the evaluation of projects. She is a trainer of the courses on "Development of artistic projects", "Planning and Productivity" and an artistic consultant for several institutions.
